Members / Doctoral FeesTTS, AST and/or ESOT members that are medical physicians, surgeons, researchers or equivalent.
Non-Members / Doctoral FeesMedical physicians, surgeons, researchers or equivalent that are not members of one of the organizing Societies and industry representatives.
Allied Health Professionals / Non-Doctoral FeesNurses, coordinators, laboratory scientists, psychologists, ethicists.
Delegates registered in this category will need to upload documented proof (practice license or confirmation letter from supervisor) when completing their registration.
Trainees, FellowAll those in training are eligible for these rates. Delegates registered in this category will need to upload documented proof of enrolment in a University programme or confirmation letter from supervisor, when completing their registration.
Registration Fees
Registration fees include access to scientific sessions and the exhibit hall, congress materials, coffee breaks, luncheons, welcome reception and access to session recordings for 12 months after the meeting.

Cancellation and Refunds
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be submitted to the Registration Coordinator at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. on or before March 31, 2023. Cancellation requests received on or before this date will be refunded less $50 USD of the cost of the registration, and the refund will be processed after the Congress. There will be no refunds for cancellation notices/requests received after March 31, 2023. No refunds apply for no-shows.

ITS is providing visa invitation letters for registered participants. Once you paid the registration fee, you will be able to generate the visa invitation letter on the registration portal. Click on “Letter of Invitation for Visa” and then “Create your letter”.
Please apply as soon as possible if you need a visa, as processing times can be longer than expected.
